Second Life: Lucky Chair Hopping in Second Life for Free Clothing and Other Items

One quick way to start lucky chair hopping is to get a copy of lucky chair hud. You can pick one up for free here . There is a box inside the store with a free hud and a link to a second life freebies blog.

Okay, go into inventory and wear your lucky chair hud, then in an area that allows scripts, click on the center of the hud and you will get a list of lucky chairs that currently have your initial on them. It appears that this lucky chair hud only shows lucky chairs that have three minutes or longer time left on. This is very convenient, you can pick and choose which lucky chairs you want to visit and teleport to each location and pick up your prize.

Your next stop is to join a lucky chair group. People in this group camp lucky chairs with high-quality items. Sometimes the lucky chairs take 30 minutes or longer to change initials. The people in this group that are waiting for a specific item will announce what initials are available on these lucky chairs, so that the initial will change quicker and they well get their item faster.

As you continue your lucky chair adventures you will start to make notes of your favorite lucky chairs on a note card. Your notecard will describe the item briefly and link a URL for teleporting. When you are not busy or just feel like shopping open up your note card and start lucky chair hopping. This is a great way to get a very fashionable wardrobe for free, and something fun to do and Second Life.
