Remember many years ago,
My biggest secret you promised to hold,
You stood along side of me that day,
When everyone else turned way,
Never once did you judge my decision,
You assured me that I did it for the right reason,
I had never before been so scared,
And you constantly showed how much you cared,
You had gone above and beyond,
As you stood beside me and held my hand,
You helped me dry my tears,
And guide me through my fears,
More then sisters we became,
Knowing things could never be the same,
Never once did you give my secret away,
You even took it with you to your grave.
My biggest secret you promised to hold,
You stood along side of me that day,
When everyone else turned way,
Never once did you judge my decision,
You assured me that I did it for the right reason,
I had never before been so scared,
And you constantly showed how much you cared,
You had gone above and beyond,
As you stood beside me and held my hand,
You helped me dry my tears,
And guide me through my fears,
More then sisters we became,
Knowing things could never be the same,
Never once did you give my secret away,
You even took it with you to your grave.
