Demi Lovato has had more to say in support of Selena Gomez after she was hospitalized twice than Justin Bieber (at least on Twitter).
She was treated for symptoms including nausea and a headache and released on Friday, but Selena had to return to the hospital in less than 24 hours. There was speculation that the star could be pregnant, but the more realistic reported diagnosis was food poisoning.
Gomez reportedly had to return to the hospital for blood pressure problems, which seems like it could be something more serious than food poisoning. However, her boyfriend Justin Bieber has been extremely quiet about her condition. The star has been posting on his Twitter page quite often lately, but the only tweet aimed at Selena Gomez seems to be the short and succinct hashtag "#getwellselena." Gomez' pal Demi Lovato, on the other hand, took the time to use a few more of her 140 characters when she wrote, "praying for you friend.. Love you.. #getwellselena." So what gives? Demi sends her love to Selena, but Justin Bieber doesn't even use the four-letter word in his tweet!
Bieber also didn't make himself look like a better boyfriend when he tweeted, "Also thanks to the fans for helping me take a moment for @seankingston b4 eenie meenie 2nite (sic). Get better big bro. We miss u (sic). So basically he had more to say in support of Sean Kingston than poor Selena.
So is Justin Bieber attempting to appease his female fans by refusing to tweet about his sick girlfriend? Or is he just not worried about her? While many Beliebers would like to believe the later, it's more likely that Justin is keeping his well-wishing to Selena Gomez between the two of them. After all, they don't get much privacy since they've gone public with their relationship, so some private well-wishes might just be the best get-well gift he can give her.
