The first thing you should do is evaluate your car and cars that are comparable to it, then head over to Kellybluebook.com to see the value of your car. The next thing that you should do is take photos of your car using a digital camera, you have to do this so you can upload the pictures onto the internet for buyers to see. You can also use a regular camera and scan the photos with a scanner, but a digital camera will save you a lot of time. After you have taken pictures of your car you will need to write down all the information that you will need to include in your advertisement. The information that you will need to include in your advertisement is your contact information, your asking price and the selling points of you car such as any additional things that you have put on the car. Once you have finished the ad making phase of selling your car the next thing you will need to do is find a place online to sell your car. there are tons of great websites to sell your car on but I would recommend that you use these sites to sell your car: CarsDirect.com, Autoworld.com, Edmunds.com and Autotrader.com. These are reputable companies that most people get great results from when they use them.
Another thing that you want to include in your ad when selling your car is things such as the condition of the vehicle, the mileage, engine type, body type and any additional features that will add value to your car. You can also include any shortcomings that your vehicle may have such as a dent in the car or a rip in a seat, but if there are too many flaws on or in your vehicle they may scare away potential buyers. Advertisements have word limits and some sites count the number of words that are in your ad but for those that don't they will simply cut your ad at the word limit, to avoid this happening type your ad on Microsoft word and count the number of words in your ad.
Once you have done all of this stuff simply post your ad on the sites that you like and sit back and wait for the buyers to contact you.
