You need to definitely mention to buyers that they will have more land space when you buy on a corner lot. They will therefore have a more spacious front lawn to decorate and increase property value. You will be able to use shrubs to encompass the entire outskirts of the yard and to hide or prevent visibility. This can be an outstanding "green" effect. As a matter of fact, you can use very large hedges to obstruct the view from the main street side. Generally you will have two driveways and walkways at your disposal and there will be a lot of parking if you have parties or family gatherings.
Since the buyer would have a great deal of land space, it would be easy for them to put in a pool. They could put in either an in ground or above ground pool and have enough of room for a large deck and recreation area.
You can use awnings on bedroom windows on the street side to prevent street lights from blazing into the rooms at night. These can be very practical and decorative as well.
In order to express all the benefits of your corner lot property, be sure to have photos taken of all sides of the house. Crop out streets and sidewalks and move out vehicles from the driveways and in front of the home. Avoid shooting photos with shade on the house and clear away plant life blocking the front door and the path to the door. In your photos, make certain to accentuate the additional space and shoot long.
Every home for sale should have a virtual tour. A good virtual tour will grab a buyer by the hand and guide the prospective buyer from room to room, displaying a 360-degree view. Make sure and use signs because they encourage shoppers to call your listing agent immediately when they see it. Because this is a corner lot, be sure and put up two signs in the yard. It is free advertising.
Make sure to advertise in newspapers and particularly online. Home buyers enjoy getting online and browsing for homes. Another effective idea is to have an open house.
Effective marketing can bring higher prices and, in buyer's markets, it could mean the difference between sold or expired.

I don't like a corner lot because they are not shielded from the wind on on side and in the cold winter that makes a difference
Well, I know nothing about corner lot homes, but I do know about writing and I see you have had something published again. Keep it up! :)
