Kershaw County, South Carolina born Senator DICK F. ELLIOTT gave a fiercely moving speech especially in the arena of leadership, so moving I had to ask if he used a ghost writer, Senator Elliott forcefully pointed out his vision on leadership, rising to be a good citizen, curbing terrorism, local included and he stressed supporting our troops in a dire time of need.
