Senator Robert Menendez: Dems Lose Their Whip!

Mayor Jeremiah Healy is the Head of His Party in New Jersey

Listen, the democrats were foolish to believe that they had it all in the bag. When Senator Barack Obama won he had his best organizers working? After the win, Former Governor Jon S. Corzine, and his cronies pushed the best Organizers out-where they we have been watching them look like fools ever since. Some of President Barack Obama's best organizers are working Republican lines, or independent campaigns. And if President Barack Obama ever has any chance on his popularity he would get back those Organizers-- if they want to win in the process.

Senator Robert Menendez is facing some tough and hard challenges in the mid-term elections. Along with incumbent Albio Siries-with recent numbers as high as they are in New Jersey. Where Newly Elected Governor Chris Christie has pledge to end municipal aid, and tax business $1000 per employee? Things are not looking to good for Government and any elected leader. Many of the Senator Barack Obama's crew that was pushed out by the weak Menendez crew: have rallied against Senator Menendez, and in recent Political polls from news stations like: FOX, CNN, or Gallop; Senator Robert Menendez is losing to Tom Kean or Lou Dobbs.

How in the world can a Senator Robert Menendez lose to Lou Dobbs in New Jersey in any polling data? People listen to Lou Dobbs because he sometimes make sense, now you have pollsters, and others saying Lou has a chance at beating Menendez. People called Omar Dyer crazy--yet I told you the truth about how Menendez's ego will harm the Democrats. Now that Martha Coakley lost, people are point the fingers at Barack Obama-Robert Menendez is now pointing the finger saying it wasn't his fault. New Jersey is 5th in the nation in home foreclosures, and Hudson County is 5th in state in recent federal sub-prime loan releases. The people are mad and they are coming out in large numbers. We just don't think in this political climate that Senator Menendez can survive the trade.

While Mayor Jeremiah Healy is feeling the same pressure--things are not looking to well in his campaign either. Here's the speech written by Omar Dyer on Teenage Crime.

32 Weeks!

Law makers in Jersey City, it was 32 weeks ago when I approached this council-whereas the concerns of citizens talked about jobs and teen crime. After blowing the whistle on the growth of teen violence happening in Jersey City! I have sat and watched; this council do nothing when it came to teens.

32 weeks ago, after an 18 year old student from Lincoln High School got shot down, while walking off route 87 on the NJ Transit bus line-I'm tired of viewing flowers and I miss you cards. After, the Dinardi case; you would think this council would do more, about the level of armor on the streets.

32 weeks ago, after a summer time of car chases and shooting-people are tired of the next generation dying before their time. You would think this council would have more respect to the level of teen crime.

It was 32 weeks ago, when this county was hit with a massive probe on corruption. Filled, with teen violence and low employment ratings. You would think leadership would do something about changing the scopes and shaking this up.

Yet, this administration has dropped the ball. Since it's about giving, moneys to political contributors, and cocktail parties-laced with under the table money.

32 weeks ago, I came to this council in respect-since I didn't jump the line where people were calling for heads. I came with a proposal that will combat with the rising concerns of teenage crime. I shown the way were moneys from the American Reinvestment Recovery Act, along with the Community Base Act; would pay for funding of a project called: The Next Generation of Leaders.

After battling this Council for 32 straight weeks- where signing up to meetings, having meet and greets-signing your sheets to have a confrontation on the rising concerns of teen violence. I am tired of the disrespect coming from this administration.

You are wondering why and I have come up with the number listed: 32 weeks. Any unofficial tally from an independent source shows-its unofficial number of 32 victims of shootings or at least involved in some form of gun fire; either from teen on teen or teen on police to police on gang members. That's 32 families torn, 32 babies either injured or dead-32 potential: Next Generation of Leaders, and 32 citizens in the news effecting the perception of this city. My program could have placed a dent in the unofficial tally in young kids dying or getting injured from gun fire. That number is a number and time when this mayor pledged to help with the rising concerns-it was 32 weeks ago, when State officials sent Coaches! 101 to Jersey City to seal and liquidate assets of online trafficking. It was also, that long when Jon S. Corzine turned his back on this program and pledge to fight it. We have fought the leaders of the hirer up, and we done everything in our power to prove and provide the transactions of our business, and no other business has been solely open with how the business runs other than Coaches! 101.

Now this company has been working with the IRS, Internal Affairs, FEDs, and SEC about the growing concerns of bidding and attaining affiliation status with our company called Coaches! 101. Banks would need some help in sealing off the assets-while the EDA will need more clarity to seal off some of the assets. That's why we are here in front of this council-trying to sustain the proper liquidation of assets from this company. I have a formula that would work, if I had this panel and assembly would working with me and not against me.

Whereas recently as of Monday a member of this assembly-confronted me with a question of where do you live instead of how I can help you. There's a problem with me telling anyone where I live. Since I am protected by another agency-my information can't be obtained. My company is registered to do business in WARD (F) and the entire nation of Jersey City. Why, can't you have my home address: since it was a little over 10 weeks ago-members of an extreme group of people coming from Kentucky-roamed the birth place of this imaginary internet blogger, looking to stimulate a response? They then ventured up a block away or in the general area of my former nesting site-while ending the trip to one of my working grounds, ranging from Hoboken, Jersey City, and Linden New Jersey. I am pretty sure they are not looking for any of you. So I found that very offensive to have members of this council-whom happen to be sharing the same pigmentation in the boundaries of their skin to hang up a phone on a generational figure or aspiring leader. You just don't do business with anyone in that sort of way.

I have been disrespected, looked down up on-called homeless, a street thug: and background has been clashed or cracked on. In my history of working with and for the youth-my journey has done wonderful things for the city of Hoboken. Where it has granted me the Key to the City of Hoboken. Yet, I will not sit by and watch my neighborhood crumble where teens and my generation of leaders are dying or getting fired upon; and do nothing when I know how to fix it. That's why I am here today fighting for the youth of Jersey City.

I am not crazy, uneducated or any other name the membership of this board, and government would like to call-or look up on me as. I am from a family of youth fighters-where we all leaned on in a movie. Joe Clark!

I have an online business with online credentials, so that means I am very well educated on the notion of doing business in the financial world. Where many would say it's a very complex industry-yet, at my age of 30: it's been mastered. I am not delusional, or any other notion anyone who may have a problem with me-can say. My program of mentoring the youth on how to be business bankers, and trusting banks-while mentoring them on how to be better citizens of their surrounding neighborhood: works. I am sorry that we had to go through this level of reporting to get any resolution from this council. And Since my record of working as a community organizer in Hoboken warranted me a key to the city-whereas I am having problems with Jersey City, only means that this panel had no respect for Omar Dyer: or Coaches! 101 until we started calling in the heavy hitters. We called the SEC, the FEDS, the Internal Affairs, and any other industry to help our case out. That's why there's so much pressure on Jersey City. And I am sorry that this panel hasn't giving me the respect-or pretends to acknowledge anything I am talking about. That's not how you change the problems in a city. I know I am an outsider, or not born in the boundaries of this city. Yet, I LIVE here and can't see teens killing themselves when I know how to fix it.

I have seen 30 year tax abatements go to the top five developers in Jersey City-those who happen to be the people that donated the most to current campaigns. I have seen, $1.9 million in federal aid go to improving the armor of police officers, and to hire more law enforcement agents. I have seen $3 million in state aid sent to Jersey City, and now $25 million more will be sent to Jersey City on state aid. Well, under this administration, nothing has change: unemployment levels are still up in hard hit wards as (A) (C) (F) and some parts of (E). Where crime is on the rise in wards (A) (C) and (F)-with lack of anything coming from anyone. This current mayor after making his statement about crime being down is now on an unofficial listing of crimes involved with a gun going up--in 32 consecutive weeks. That's more than Camden, and Passaic! Well, we have tried to place more law enforcement, and it didn't work. It didn't work in the 90's in South Los Angles, and it didn't work in the last decade in south side of Chicago. And it's not working in Jersey City. Yet, what does work is mentorship programs, that pays-teens and allow them to control their lives in order to help the police for combating crime. A program that is placed in Chicago, and South LA-but is having troubles in Jersey City. WHY!
