The Henderson Multigenerational Center offers senior sports and educational activities in southern Nevada. As the first facility of its kind in the area, it features 84,120 square feet of modern facility open for individuals of all ages. This provides a diverse place for various recreational activities encouraging the young and old to bond and have a great time together. Patrons can enjoy the aquatic complex, jogging track, aerobics/fitness room, indoor and outdoor pools, rock-climbing wall, dance room, basketball court, and other sports and leisure amenities.
This multigenerational center has recreational areas such as the adult lounge complete with a reading area and kitchenette, game room, and art gallery. Seniors can also benefit from the regular sports and health education programs hosted by the center.

The Henderson Senior Center offers leisure and social service programs for seniors in its 11,000-square foot space. This facility is meant for a number of senior leisure activities and community projects. The center provides caregiver support groups and free monthly workshops geared towards the health and productivity of senior citizens in Henderson. It also organizes regular projects focused on specific senior topics, themes, and interests.
The Henderson Senior Center features a computer, room, craft room, dining room, billiards hall, and library. There are also personal guides and brochures about health and nutrition, food commodities, travel, financial management, and self-development available to seniors. The center also offers the Heritage Park Senior Facility where seniors can have quality time with family and friends.
Centennial Hills Active Adult Center

Sports and recreation programs offered at the Centennial Hills Active Adult Center provide active adults with a wide array of leisure activities such as health and educational classes, card games, and other socialization and recreational services.
Operated by the Las Vegas Department of Leisure Services Center, the Centennial Hills Active Adult Center is a wing of Henderson's community center. Its projects serve adults at least 50 years of age. It features a 2,000-square foot facility with a multipurpose room, classrooms, eight-station computer laboratory, library, and kitchen. It also provides access to a heated indoor pool with available water aerobic classes and arthritis aerobic classes meant for seniors.
