September is National Chicken Month

Lori Piper
September is National Chicken Month. Give a cluck cluck and celebrate. How exactly does one observe this month? Is the fact that it is National Chicken Month making it wrong to consume chicken? Was this celebration started to bring the chicken to the media forefront and for people to consume more beef than chicken during the month of September? Chick-Fil-A does not take down all their advertisements spouting "Eat More Chicken" this month. No, National Chicken Month promotes the consumption of more chicken.
