Service is an Attitude of the Heart
God showed me this,not too long ago
Service is an attitude, of the heart
He gave us all talents, so we could do our part
Serving God in all, that we say and do
But he wants us to serve, our fellow man too!
You know there are always people, who have needs
Some we can help, through our actions and deeds
Others might be helped , by just a kind word
This may be something, they've never heard
And then, there are those, who just need your pressence
Just having you there, can make bad times more pleasant
Give of yourself, it's your greatest gift
Anytime you help another, It gives your heart a lift
With God's words, you can feed one's broken soul
Showing them truths that will make their life whole
Maybe through your service someone will take that step
Toward giving God their life, and asking for his help.
