Ok, Wolf Team is a little weird, but definitely falls into the Sci-Fi category of shooters. It is more of a shooter FPS than an actual MMO, but does have an element of persistancy that many online shooters lack. Players take the role of either a SWAT style officer, or transform into a hideous Werewolf. Planetside used to be the MMO sci-fi shooter of choice, as it was basically the only one available. These days, there are many competitors for this title, but Planetside is still fairly popular. Players join one of the several main factions and battle it out across a huge world map, striving to conquer the most territory for their faction. Dropships, star fighters, tanks, mechs, walkers, hovercraft and more are available for you to hop into and take the battle to the enemy.
