1. Setup a website with domain or use a free service on the Internet. 2. Sign up for a Ustream account this is a service offered 100% free of charge basically you can watch other people broadcast them self over a range of subject to news to health and computer issues the list goes on and on. What you want to do is sign up and then create your self a channel so you can broadcast yourself. This is very self explanatory once you signed up and a very easy process to do. Once signed up do a test broadcast and send everyone to your channel address that Ustream assigns to you. If the broadcast works and they can hear and see you and chat with you then you are half way there!

3. Once logged in to ustream.tv click ' Your Shows ' then click ' Share ' this will give you the codes you need to embed your video and your chat on your website. It's that easy all you need to do is take these codes and put it in your website html code and you are ready to go. When you decide to broadcast you just log on to Ustream and click the Broadcast button located on the top right corner of your web browser.
