Professional Makeup tricks.
1. Oily Skin. Nothing is more troublesome that oily skin. You want to always make sure you are using an oil-free moisturizer. Also using oil-free makeup helps to ensure you don't look like you have greasy skin. A great makeup trick to hide the oily shine is to pat your face with a tissue and apply a pressed powder. This will refresh your makeup and get rid of the oil.
2. Yellow Teeth. Not everyone has perfectly white teeth. But you can trick everyone into thinking you do. Look for lip color with a blue or purple tint to it. This will create the illusion of bright white teeth.
3. Dark Circles. To counteract these circles, use a concealer that has an orange tone. The orange tone will offset the dark circles under your eyes. One you apply the concealer, set into place with your regular pressed powder.
4. Small Eyes. Small eye shapes need big lashes. Play up your lashes with lash boosting mascara or you can also get bigger lashes with fake eyelashes. Although they may be challenging at first to apply, they can make your eyes seem much larger.
5. Thin Eyebrows. If you did a little too much plucking, you can thicken them up without looking like you drew them with a crayon. A very natural brow can be achieved with the use of an angled-brow brush and a brow or eye shadow. Pick a color of shadow this is closest to your natural brow color. Slide the Angled-Brush along the shadow. Apply to your brow using a clean stroke. Start from the inside of your brow, going outward. If you make a mistake, take a cotton swab and clean up an excess shadow.
6. Pale Skin. You don't have to tan in a bed or the sun to achieve a natural looking tan. There are many products available to achieve a beautiful glow. If you want a temporary tan, you can use a makeup bronzer. This is usually found in a loose or pressed powder form. Apply the bronzer with a thick brush. You will apply to the areas of your face that the sun normally hits. For example, tops of your cheeks, forehead and chin. Blend into your skin with circular motions.7. Red Skin. If you have red or blotchy skin, you can offset this by applying a foundation with a neutral or green base. This will counteract the red in your skin. Many lines have color correcting foundations that can be matched perfectly to your skin tone.
