Seven Funny, Weird, and Strange Jobs

In the last decade there have been severe changes to what can be considered hot new careers, and one's that are on their way out of the circuit for good. The medical field has sustained, while gas attendants are few and far between. Computers are a good field while being a professional drifter, living a Nomadic lifestyle has limited benefits. Along with these career choices, I found a couple of real beauties for those interested in trying something new. http://www.buzzle.com/articles/strange-jobs.html

1. Knocker-Up: This job can be found in both Ireland and England. Alarm clocks were not always available, and before their invention, inns located abroad employed people to take note of the guests awakening time, and then knock on their room to wake them up. A degree in chemistry is typically preferred, along with top-notch taste buds and a strong liver. The pay: Still undetermined as of yet.

5. Chicken Sexer: This job once carried the label of agricultural product sorter, and the job entails checking the gender of baby chickens. Experience with animals is a plus. The pay: About $10.00 hour http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chick_sexing

I'm sure that the pay is above minimum wage, and there is some dog food that actually tastes better then human food. However, a steady diet of it sounds very unappetizing.
