Your mask does not hide your face
but, now your face has no name
to me.
A mother, a friend, a sister
a place for comfort,
is now no place to be.
Tossed away, turned away.
Kept from knowing.
Blind.
Too good for me, too good for him,
too good for them.
Judged.
I gave you heart, I gave you soul
gave too much.
Loss.
Pain inside, tears I cry,
fallen angel in my life
Confusion.
I want you back, I want my friend,
but, I won't let you hurt me again.
Severed.
