Sex, Tension, Stress and Fear Impact You: Making Life Better by Planning and Strategy

DrD
Put your hands out in front of you, now make a circle by touching your forefingers and thumbs together, now put about two inches between them all, you should be looking at an enlarged circle between your fingers and thumbs, are you? Now imagine that the person who aggravated the snot out of you this morning has their neck in that circle and you want to choke the living breathing daylights out of them (!), because they desperately need to have their whole existence changed! But you can't move ...that's stress! [1]

What drives us all, every being on the planet, drives you, drives me, drives us all, are basic elements of existence. [2] Sex is one of these, and those who say that genes are everything proclaim that this is perpetuating the species. [3] Those who feel that environment has more to do with it than just genes can feel reassured in the changes which are taking place in our thinking about sex as a drive. [4] Tension is a part of what makes our lives move, some would say that many have better genes for withstanding the strains of tension, [5]but again, those who acknowledge environment for the power that it has, will be glad to note the ability we have to learn to handle tension. Stress is a part of our modern lives, and our ability to handles stress is the most modern change of all. Into this mix comes fear, and fear is a survival instinct of the first magnitude [6] - it warns us of danger, and keeps us alive, yet, is fear being changed in our basic behavior patterns?

Impact [7] on you is the idea that power, pressure, a force to move exists; it is similar to a large weight which holds down a lighter paper, if the weight is moved, the paper fly's away. We might not like it, but sex affects us in this way, it is more powerful than we know, and, it is powerful enough that we need to be formidable in how we treat its importance in our lives. To deny the power of this behavior in our lives is beyond crazy and irresponsible, it is culturally, suicidal. Other nations than the U.S. on earth have come to grips with trying to handle this enormously powerful fact of our lives. Only in our parochially based U.S. is sex still connoted as being a non discussion subject, but that is changing. [8] Thankfully such media exposure as has taken place with various communicators about this, has brought much of sex to the public light. We need to be even more aware of the power of sex and more enlightened as to what it can and cannot do for and to our lives.

Tension is the moving distance between what is needed and what is done in our lives- and at the pace of our modern lives, tension is becoming more enormous with each year into the technology. [9] This is a trend and pattern which should not be ignored, each six months now we get a revision of knowledge via the databases which exist on earth. This is a new trend, and a new form of science of knowledge, and with it comes a new set of challenges to us as to what we will do with all this knowledge. What we cannot afford or accord to do is to ignore the moment in time, or the amount of knowledge that we now possess; that would be a level of cultural crazy which history wouldn't be likely to forgive. [10]

The dread of what is coming is often worse than the thing itself. Many times you've had something that was coming and you weren't looking forward to it, that dread built up until it became a knot in your stomach and a dread that you focused on. That is a subtle form of fear. Fear also has an overt and apparent form, a powerful and reactionary form that mandates immediate and painful reply, to not do so, will mean harm to you. Fear is a powerful force in your life, but the truth is, fear isn't real, it is an emotional and mental result of what we inherit from our past. Fear shouldn't be ignored, and what is happening to the world in this era in terms of fear, shouldn't be ignored either; the force and dynamic of fear has been enhanced, has been magnified, and is being transmitted via an ever alert media network worldwide, it is called, the news. This isn't an anti-news diatribe, the news serves one of our most important functions, that of keeping the populace appraised of what is important and going on. Unfortunately worldwide the type of function of the news, and the power of the media involved have brought about a large network that on a daily basis publishes literally tons of fear, and, to ignore such and how to handle such is not a smart way to approach the future.

These items are impacting upon your life, whether they impact upon you negatively, or positively is the only choice that we appear to have? Some wise philosopher said that we can choose three courses in our lives, we can accept what happens, reject what happens, or change what happens, and in those three is the sum of the choices which we can make regarding life. When it comes to sex, stress, tension and fear, we need to begin to clearly think out a future strategy to deal with these powerful areas of our lives. [11]

  • Hard to believe people could overlook an essential drive but they do
  • Separating yourself from the reality of your fears diminishes your whole being
  • Tension will deceive you
People in this modern high tech culture feel a sense of being disconnected as at no time in history.
