Sex, Yoga, and that Smile on Your Face

According to Jacquie Greaux, yoga virtuoso and author, "yoga increases your flexibility and circulation-- and therefore your sensation". Yoga also develops core strength and endurance. It should be noted that yoga is no longer a 'women-only' field, as tens of thousands of men become more active in yoga every year. So, to the men who are looking to add an extra dimension to their sexual prowess, read on. To the women who are already active in yoga, rock on.

Both men and women strongly agree that core strength is an essential part of mind-blowing sex. Try these core exercises to boost your game:

Kundalini Yoga Exercise: Lay flat on your back with your right leg raise to about 45°, with your feet and toes pointed away from you. Breathing steadily, straighten your right leg and rotate it 10 times in one direction, and rotate it 10 times in the other direction. Do this again with your left leg. Try to do at least five reps of this exercise every day.

Mashirku Abdominal Exercise: Still on your back, bring your knees up to your chest, and grab them; your right arm holds your right knee and your left arm holds your left knee. Now tense up your abdominal muscles and try to launch your body up off the floor. Not sure you're doing it right? Your abs will let you know soon enough.

Ever been doing the tantric tango when all of a sudden you strain a muscle? This means that you need to work on your flexibility. This exercise is great for preventing those aches and pains the morning after.

Standing Rittariku Exercise: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, and your hands behind your head. Slowly lean straight forward. When you chest is parallel to the floor, twist and tell your right elbow touches your left knee. Return to the center, and touch your left elbow to your right knee. Be sure not to overdo this, but 10 reps today will be greatly beneficial.

These simple routines take only minutes a day, yet give you an extreme edge in the bedroom. Namaste.
