Zooey Deschanel - One of the sexiest actresses in their 30s has made a name for herself as one of Hollywood's hottest hipsters. This cutie with a quirky sense of style has proved that she's much more than a Katy Perry lookalike in movies like "(500) Days of Summer" and "Yes Man" (but it's best to forget "The Happening"), and she can also sing and play multiple instruments. Look for her in 2011 playing a princess in medieval stoner comedy "Your Highness" alongside two more of Hollywood's sexiest brunettes, Natalie Portman and James Franco.

Christina Ricci - Like Zooey Deschanel, she's another of the sexiest actresses in their 30s here known for her big, beautiful eyes and unique movie roles. However, with movies like "The Addams Family", "Sleepy Hollow", "Monster", and "After.Life", she seems to be more in tune with her dark side. But no worries; she's going to be taking a more comedic route in 2011 with Adam Sandler's movie "Born to be a Star", which tells the story of a guy who finds out that his parents were once famous porn stars and decides to follow in their footsteps.

Jessica Simpson - This bubbly blonde has taking a beating as of late because of her weight, but I'll give her a break and include her on this list of the sexiest actresses in their 30s. Sure she failed to impress in movies like "Blonde Ambition" and "Major Movie Star", but at least she looks happy with her new hubby-to-be (and she'd look a lot better if she just learned to dress her new body).

April Bowlby - This is one of the sexiest actresses in their 30s here that's not quite as well-known as some of the ladies on this list. However, you've got to love her deliciously ditzy role as Kandi in "Two and a Half Men". Look for her in 2011 starring alongside fellow brunette beauties Camilla Belle and Alexa Vega in "From Prada to Nada".

Eva Green - When it comes to the sexiest actresses in their 30s, it's hard to beat the lovely Eva Green. She's been a Bond girl and stripped down in a Berolucci film, but her latest appearance was in the Sundance film "Perfect Sense" alongside Ewan McGregor.

Michelle Williams - And here's another of the sexiest actresses in their 30s here that's not afraid of appearing in her birthday suit. Sarah Lancaster - And here's yet another sexy brunette that turned the big 3-0 last year. Sarah Lancaster's latest claim to fame has been playing Chuck's sister on "Chuck", and she shares the honor of a guest appearance on "That '70s Show" with Eliza Dushku and Jessica Simpson.

Rachel Nichols - This model-turned actress has one creepy role in "Criminal Minds": she plays the daughter of a serial killer who uses her knowledge of his criminal mind to track down his kind. Look for her in 2011 in "Conan the Barbarian".

Bijou Phillips - And this star of "Bully" knows a thing or two about serial killers; she went from being a victim in "Hostel: Part II" to playing a deceased serial killer in the series "Raising Hope" (so she's definitely one of the sexiest actresses in their 30s here that's had quite an odd career).

So while not all the sexiest actresses in their 30s here have had stellar careers, they have all managed to stay looking amazing as they've left their 20s behind (and that's all that matters in Hollywood, right?).
