Definition of Sexual Assault
Sexual Assault is defined as; a person intentionally touches another person's private parts over or under the clothes for sexual gratification. It also includes kissing.
Some states include rape as part of the definition of sexual assault.
How to file the Police report
This is a serious crime, also an unacceptable, offensive invasion of one's body. If you are a victim of sexual assault, call 9-1-1 to have the Police respond to your location to help you, conduct the investigation and take a report or if you are able to, go into your nearest Police station for help or call.

What you need to file the report
Provide the Police with a full complete account of what happened and any suspect information you might have. No matter how little you may think any information you have about the assault, tell the Police.
