First of all, get the right bra. As an intelligent woman, I once found this demeaning, but if you've got it, flaunt it. If you don't have it, buy it. Get a comfortable bra, that lifts and enhances. There's nothing sexy about boobs that seem to be making a beeline for the south. If you're flat, get a padded bra. If you've got too much, get one with extra lift and under-wires. Victoria's Secret bras are great, but expensive. Target stores now have a line of bras that work wonders. Wear sexy, but not overly-revealing clothing. Sexy does not mean half-naked.

Second, keep your eyebrows shaped and flawless. Get them done professionally. It makes you look well-put together and frames your features. You'd be surprised how many men notice unkempt eyebrows.
