Research shows that touch reduces stress. In research published in Psychosomatic Medicine 2008, married couples who deliberately took time to touch, hold hands, and caressed each other throughout the day had higher levels of Oxytocin (a chemical that produces warm, calm feelings) and lower blood pressure. Take time to touch your partner throughout the day. It doesn't necessarily have to be sexy touching, loving touches produce the same result. Husbands can draw their wives a nice hot bath with candles and soft music. A sexy tip is to wash your wife's hair while she is in the bath. Wives, step into the shower with your husband and wash his back or massage his back while he is in the shower.
Listen To Each Other
