The season changes what was cold now hot
The villain external was to condemn
The treason internal walks free a lot
The love it wears thin like the words from them
The search engines taking page views left right
The editors comments felt like the sting
The purple color smears turns red in light
The fingers smell from dung which they do fling
Some leave the battlefield wounds deep they tear
Some charge the front a rainbow blinds like tears
Some fall among the ranks to find a chair
Some battles like war last a few more years
The parties grumble back and fro not me
The poet writes the history you see
