Pros
Out of the box this stick vacuum is easy to assemble. You do need to charge it first for 24 hours before trying it for the first time. After that you can get up to 20 minutes of battery life. That should be enough for cleaning a medium size area. The battery is removable too so you can charge it anywhere.
The "skinny" design of a stick vacuum makes it very lightweight. It is only 6 pounds so people with weak arm or back would really appreciate it. It is also really easy for you to move it under and around furniture or under the bed. It even has swiveling head so you can clean those places with difficult angles.
Shark SV800\VX63 stick vacuum has amazing suction power for its size. On low-pile carpet and bare floors it picks up everything in its path. Hair, dust, dirt, debris and crumbs are no match for this vac. Even though it's powerful the noise it produced is still reasonable.
The main benefit of a cordless vacuum such as this one is that it's easy for you clean the whole room without worrying about power cord tangling on the furniture. And once you done vacuuming you can pop the dirt canister and filter easily. They are easy to clean and popping them back in is a no-brainer.
And let's not forget that you can take this cordless apart and use it as a hand-vac. Just put on the little attachment on the nose and you're ready to go.
Cons
This vacuum is designed to clean low-pile carpet and bare floors. Deep carpet is its weakness. It doesn't matter if you do three or four passes over your deep-pile carpet, this thing just won't be able to completely suck in the dirt hidden deep in it.
Conclusion
Don't throw away your money on crappy stick vacuum. This cordless stick vacuum from Shark is the one you should get. It will only cost you $66 to get it and it is great for cleaning dirt, dust, debris and pet hair from your floor. Even though it's not meant for heavy vacuuming but for everything else this cordless vac works like a charm.
