Sheen Set to Be Killed Off on 'Two and a Half Men,' Left Unwanted

Charlie Sheen and his notorious drunken antics have led to some serious trouble in his career. When he started bashing his boss Chuck Lorre, Sheen's stint on "Two and a Half Men" abruptly ended. Amidst court battles about his job, Sheen decided to go on his "My Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour and organized a Bipolar Awareness Walk in Toronto. He dissed his former wives and took up with what he referred to as "goddesses."

Public buzz about Sheen and his dislike of Lorre marks the finality of his role on "Two and a Half Men." Ashton Kutcher will now head the series and Lorre doesn't want Sheen to come back again.

CBS News reports Charlie Harper will be killed off next season. The first episode of the new season will start filming around Aug. 5. The producers are imagining ways for Charlie to die, such as driving off a cliff.

While it is clear Sheen won't be welcomed back to "Two and a Half Men," rumors are flying about him starring in a possible TBS show. According to RadarOnline, Sheen is minus his two goddesses but signed a sitcom deal with Lionsgate Television.

Sheen might have lost the love of his goddesses but will he still get the love from fans? An insider said, "Charlie has inked a deal with Lionsgate Television to create and star in a new sitcom." The insider indicated the new show would be "a lot racier" than "Two and a Half Men," as cable television has greater freedom.

The insider continued about the new sitcom:

"Charlie will make less upfront which is a plus for Lionsgate...this way Lionsgate is less at risk of losing money should the show flop or should Charlie have some sort of meltdown. It's still a risk but the risk is worth it because so many people are interested in Charlie and his wacky life...they are bound to watch the show."

Sheen's "My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option" got a mixed reaction from fans, with some loving it and others hating it. With fans on the edge, TBS apparently won't take a risk on Sheen despite recent rumors. Entertainment Weekly reports a spokesperson for TBS stated, "TBS is not in discussions for a possible project with Charlie Sheen."

Now Sheen is without women or a job. After his action-packed antics, Sheen has nowhere left to go but face himself and what is left of his life and career. With no gig on "Two and a Half Men" and zero goddesses, Sheen is definitely taking a few steps back. Time will tell if Sheen cleans up his act, starts being a father to his children and finds a new show to spotlight his comedic talent.
