Sheila

James R. Ford
There she sits,
with her mischievous eyes wide open
casually sipping her glass of white wine

in a moments notice,
she can be spotted dancing with some handsome stranger
or hugging a friend while offering condolences or support

Sometimes she disappears from sight altogether
and can be found at another location (after much searching)

Her eyes are blazing with life
and her breasts seem large
when her blouse is partly opened
revealing her treasures

she is a friend through and through
and the walk over the footbridge towards home
always seems so short

It's been a while since we've seen her
her gracious smile, and mischievous eyes
are sorely missed

Some day, she'll return
I'll be waiting with that glass of chardonnay
and a light for her smoke.

this is nice. Not the smoking. A nice red wine would be good.
