Shelton and Morgan on top of Game at Chattanooga Concert

People that like to listen to country music have probably heard of Blake Shelton and Craig Morgan. Each June, in Chattanooga, Tenn., there is a music festival called Riverbend. It last 1 whole week and has many different artist and bands come throughout the week. The bands that come are of many different genres of music. On June 8, Blake Shelton and Craig Morgan came to Chattanooga to perform at Riverbend. Craig Morgan opened for Blake Shelton.

Craig Morgan had a great opening act, which included some songs by other artist. During his time on stage he came out into the crowd. That was pretty cool. When he got back on stage and started talking before he sang he next song he said, "As I came up to the stage I saw Blake Shelton doing his meet and greet. He sure has on a nice dress." After that was said you could hear the thousands of fans start laughing. It was quite funny. He started at about 9:30 p.m. and did not finish until about 10:15 p.m. or 10:20 p.m.

When Blake Shelton came out on the stage the crowd went wild. He played some of his old stuff that wasn't as popular as some of his other songs. Blake also played songs that the people that listen to country music every now and then would know. He played all his popular hits, which was a plus to the way the fans reacted to his performance. The some 30 to 50 thousand fans left with the feeling that they had seen a good concert. Being in the back was almost as good as being up front, because the atmosphere of the people was set that way. The way the crowd was getting into the music was amazing on some songs.

If you ever had the chance to go to a concert of Blake Shelton's, I recommend it. It is an amazing show. Also if conversation comes up about concerts you will be able to say that you went to a Blake Shelton concert. The Craig Morgan concert beforehand was also amazing. If you are ever in Chattanooga during June, and want to go to some concerts, this is the way to go. It is full of different bands and many different stages and is over a weeks period of time. With saying that, it is fun for the whole family.
