Shiloh Ridge ORV Park is located northeast Texas and to get to it from Rusk, Texas, travel down Highway 69 for about 9 miles to the junction of CR 2416. Turn right or west on CR 2416 and simply follow the park signs to the entrance of the Shiloh Ridge ORV Park. To get to Shiloh Ridge ORV Park from Alto, Texas, take Highway 69 north for about a mile and a half to CR 2416. Turn left on CR 2416, and then once again there are signs to follow to get to the entrance of the park. Remember, once you arrive at the entrance gate, you will have to sign a waver and pay the appropriate fee for the number of days you intend to stay at the park.
At this northeast Texas ORV park, all types of off road vehicles are welcome and just about anything will be seen most any weekend. Having the park open to all types of ORVs will be welcome by some people and will not be something that others will enjoy. Some ATV riders do not feel like this is the safest environment for them, considering that ATVs and large 4x4 trucks will be in the same area at the same time. But, everyone knows that you can't please all the people all the time and that is even true in the off road world. My advice, for what it is worth, would be to load up and give Shiloh Ridge a chance. If it is not the park for you, you certainly do not have to return. But, it could just become your latest favorite place to enjoy your off road vehicle.
For more information on Shiloh Ridge ORV Park, interested riders can go to www.shilohridge.com. On the website, interested riders will find a calendar of events, new photos of the park, old photos of the park, Halloween photos of the park, a map of the park layout, directions to the park, a minor release, a guestbook, a classified section, links to other websites that may interest riders and a place to join a mailing list. 1-800-432-3965 or 936-858-2193 can be called to find out more information or to make reservations at the park.
