Shop for Christmas, and Help a Disabled American at the Same Time

It's Time to Start Your Christmas Shopping

Carmella Mae Dunkin
Believe it or not, it's time to start your Christmas shopping again, and I am going to help you get started. Where do you go, to shop online for Christmas gifts? Amazon? Tiger Direct? Toys R Us? That is just three merchants that people shop from during the Christmas season, and there are so many more.

Did you know that the sales you see at these merchants are not always the best deals you can get from them? Oh no, you can get much better deals from these merchants if you link into them from a site that has an affiliation with that merchant. Merchants give their affiliates deals to offer the public, that they do not themselves offer to the public. Therefore you can actually save more, by shopping through a site that has affiliates on them.

An affiliation means that the merchant is paying the site a commission on each sale that is created through that site. What this means, is you go to a site that has merchants links on them and products from these merchants, you click the link, buy a product, and that web site just made a few dollars for bringing you to the merchants site and making a sale.

These affiliation sites are usually ran by people who for one reason or another are not able to work a 9 - 5 job. So they work affiliates for big name merchants, and those merchants pay them a commission on every sale that is generated through their site. For many disabled Americans, this is their only income, and I will share a few of those sites with you here. The sites below are maintained by two individuals, and amount for a big portion of their income. They struggle to get by, and need all the shoppers they can possibly get this Christmas. So check them out, they have some really great deals listed, especially on computer stuff and TV's.

Daily Sales Online - Daily Sales Online is an everything computer sales affiliate site. You will find deals, and rebate offers at this site on all sorts of computer equipment, computers, TV's, etc.

Refurbished Computer Finder - Refurbished Computer Finder is exactly what it's name says, refurbished computers. The site is full of refurbished computers at great prices.

RV'ing For Families - RV'ing For Families is all about RV'ing with the family, and living full time in an RV. Even if you are not into RV'ing, you can still find all sorts of big name merchants to shop with in their Shopping Mall. The shopping mall is constantly being added to also.

So, when doing your shopping this Christmas season, (or any time of year), why not start at one of the sites above, and not only possibly get a better price thanks to their affiliation with the merchants, but also be helping a disabled American to support their family. You'll feel good about helping another human, and you'll feel good about the deals you may get by shopping through their site first.

Oh, and don't forget about black Friday, even Internet merchants observe this biggest shopping day of the year!

Good article. I have a disabled child which is why I work from home. I use a mall called My Power Mall.

Excellent article! You explained affiliate programs very well. I do those on my blogs. I don't help disabled people, though, but maybe I should find a good charity to donate a percentage of my funds to. Right now, I am going to be using a part of it to fund the early learning center I want to open for helping needy, mentally or physically challenged kids, kids that are stuck in the system, or kids who otherwise need preschool services and can't get quality care because of their situation. However, now I see I can do more. That is excellent that sites like this exist to support disabled people.
