The two web sites below are great for year-round fundraising to supplement other larger, more traditional fundraising efforts. There is no cost to your school, and it's easy to do.

BoxTops4Education.com
This program has helped over 86,000 schools raise $125 million since 1996.

There are three ways for your school to earn money through BoxTops4Education.
1. Clip
2. Shop
3. Charge

Clip - The premise is simple: You buy products that have the little BoxTops coupon worth 10 cents, clip them, and send them in. Products participating in the program include Big G cereals, Pillsbury, Progresso, Old El Paso, Green Giant, Totino's, and Gold Medal. You may even have some these in your kitchen right now.

Shop - Many people are avoiding the crowds at the mall by shopping online. If you're one of these people, sign up for the Booster Club on the BoxTops4Education Web site and designate the school you wish to support. Then, visit the "Shop" area. Your school will get up to 8 percent of your purchase amount. To make sure your school earns the cash, you must shop using the links on the BoxTops4Education Web site. More than 200 merchants participate in the program.

Charge - You can also get cash for your school for any purchase you make with the BoxTops4Education VisaÒ. Just apply for the card on the BoxTops4Education Web site, designate a school, and earn 1 percent for each purchase you make.

If your school isn't already a member of the BoxTops4Education Program, talk to the school principal or administrator and encourage them to sign up. Your school will need to designate someone to serve as the coordinator to collect the BoxTops Coupons and keep track of school earnings. After your school is enrolled, you can start earning money using all of the methods.

Increase your school's potential for earning by getting your community involved. For more details about the program, visit the BoxTops4Education.com.

Schoolpop.com
Another web site dedicated to giving a percent of each purchase to your school or non-profit organization. Founded in 1999, Schoolpop.com has contributed over $200 million to more than 60,000 schools and non-profit organizations. Schools are eligible through 12th grade.

To get started, your school must be enrolled in the program. Have a representative of the school complete the Champion profile. After the school is enrolled, individuals must create accounts to earn cash. There are three ways to get cash for your school:

· Shop & Earn
· Learn & Earn
· Charge & Earn

With Shop & Earn, make your purchases at hundreds of brand name merchants through Schoolpop.com and they'll contribute up to 18 percent of each purchase to your organization.

There is also a listing of bricks and mortar stores and catalog merchants that participate in the program. All you have to do is make a purchase with a credit card you register on your Schoolpop.com account, and you'll earn cash for your school.

To Learn & Earn, purchase educational and family media products directly from Schoolpop.com, such as the LeapFrog system, computer software, video games, music, movies, and print and audio books.

With Charge & Earn, you'll earn 1 percent of each purchase you make with the Schoolpop Visa Card. You can apply for the card online.

What easier way to earn money for your child's school than to buy the things you need anyway through these web sites!
