Shopping for Christmas decorations in The Kmart in Hazleton, PA is very enjoyable. The Kmart is an anchor store in the Laurel Mall.

You will find plenty of disability "Reserved Parking" spots in front of the main Kmart entrance.

The Kmart in Hazleton, PA is called "Big Kmart". The Big Kmart stores are larger and brighter than the traditional Kmart stores. The store is very large and well organized.

As you walk in the main entrance, not the mall entrance, the Customer Service counter and the Kmart Café, which houses a Little Caesars Pizza Station, will be on your right. The Women's Department will be in front of you. Turn left in the wide aisle in front of the Women's Department to reach the area where the Christmas decorations and other holiday items are sold.

As you walk down the aisle there are displays of merchandise in the middle of the aisle. Some of the displayed items include: boxes of candy and cologne gift sets. As you walk you will also see signs that read "Merry Christmas" and "Feliz Navidad".

The first holiday items we saw were the artificial Christmas trees. They were displayed nicely and come in various sizes, from 4 ft. to 9 ft. in height. All of the trees looked pretty.

Nearby the Christmas trees we saw a good variety of outdoor decorations, both animated and non-animated. The giant Ferris wheel was really cute.

If you need storage boxes for your Christmas ornaments, wrapping paper, etc. there were many choices available.

We spotted some paper dishes, paper napkins, and paper tablecloths, along with some plastic serving dishes. They looked festive.

There were plenty of gift boxes, gift bags, wrapping paper, and bows to make your presents look pretty.

They had a good variety of boxed Christmas cards for sale.

We saw some Christmas books for children that would make a nice gift for a child on your list.

Kmart has lots of food gift sets. These make very good gifts, both for you and to give to others. Close by the food gift sets we spotted Christmas candy, including candy canes and chocolates. Yum!

Kmart's Christmas decorations are also displayed in the room near the outdoor garden center. Here you will find lots and lots of other items.

We saw pretty boxed ornaments in so many colors. There were also beautiful individual ornaments for sale.

We looked at tree toppers, tree skirts, and Christmas stockings.

The large Disney indoor snow globes were very nice. You press a button and the "snow" inside the globe moves.

Garland was available in both the traditional and beaded varieties.

The light sets were plentiful. They also had replacement bulbs for sale.

There were many indoor animated items, including an adorable Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus.

Kmart also has a nice selection of holiday linens. There were tablecloths, napkins, placemats, and towels among other items decorated in holiday designs. You can find these items in the aisle near the Bed & Bath Department.

During our visit to the Kmart we were very pleased with the selection of merchandise. We will soon be heading back to start our Christmas shopping.
