"Why me?" you ask. It is tough being a parent. You are faced with the challenge of raising your kids, providing for their needs and teaching them right from wrong.

On top of that, you are faced with the task of preventing them from being bored when they go shopping with you. You do not have to fret about this anymore because there is something you can do about it. You will learn how to entertain your children while shopping.

First Way you can do this: You have the option of allowing singing to take place, as long as it is done quietly. The first thing you can do is sing to them. The second is encourage them to sing a song they like.

Second Way you can do this: You can tell them a story they like. Didn't you read or tell a story to them when they were tots? Well, it would be a good idea to do it again now.

Third Way you can do this: If you are at a food store, why not get the food items involved? The first thing you can do is read the labels to your kids. The second is allow them to read the labels themselves.

Fourth Way you can do this: You can allow them to play music on their portable music devices. They should wear headphones while doing so. The volume should be kept low to prevent hearing loss.

Fifth Way you can do this: Why not allow books to get in on the fun? You could let your children bring along and read one of their favorite books.

Sixth Way you can do this: Do they have any friends? If so, it would be nice to let them have one or two tag along.

Seventh Way you can do this: It would help to go to the right place. If you choose to bring them along, it would be smart to go to a kids' store.

Eighth Way you can do this: You should engage them in a deep conversation. It would help to talk to them about things they are highly interested in.

Ninth Way you can do this: It is important for them to have fun. You should let them play verbal games or games they might have on a portable device.

Tenth Way you can do this: Do they have a cell phone? If so, you can let them use it as long as they talk quietly.

Use these ideas to entertain your children while shopping!
