You can go to different thrift stores and purchase items for nearly nothing and sell them on eBay as well. If you are good at finding deals on a number of different items you will have fun while you make money on eBay. What could be more fun than shopping and making money?

The only problem with this is that you need to know when to stop. If you don't know where to draw the line you might end up in a lot of trouble. Say for instance that you love to shop and see a pair of shoes that are a couple of dollars cheaper than they usually are. You fall in love with these shoes and decide to buy them and sell them on eBay. You need to know when you are going to be able to make a profit and when you are going to have to keep the item for yourself.

The things that you must purchase are things that you know a lot about. If you are a person who loves to buy purses you will want to purchase purses that are good deals. You then turn around and sell these purses to make a profit. Take into account that you need to pay yourself for the gas, time, ebay fees and paypal fees. You will need to keep good track of all of your expenses so that you know what you can afford and when you need to draw the line. If you are good at keeping track of expenses and calculating out different costs you can make money off of eBay. You will want to know information about the items before you decide to sell them to make money. You cannot purchase items you know nothing about because you will need to explain each item and sell the item to your buyer.
