Perpetual Motion is Killing Me!!

Hopping back and forth all day
Never staying in one place
Bouncing around from work to play!

To keep my focus alive
It must be adult ADHD
Or just in constant overdrive!
I would most certainly
Be happy to just sit still
Must be cabin fever
Or too long a winter in Dullsville!
