Short Father's Day Poem: What is a Father?

Lori Lane
A father is a father biologically.
A dad is what a father should always be.
A fathering dad is a dad that fathered me.
A dad fathering a dad is loyalty -
for his dad is the dad that fathered he.
And a father of a father of a father spree
is the great grandfather from the father tree.
Though a father's dad fathering occurs naturally -
it's the father closest to I who fathers me.

Don't get me started on my mom.
