Should Martellus Bennett Keep on Tweeting Via Twitter?
Weighing the Pros and Cons of the Football Player's Tweets
"Why Martellus Bennett Needs to Keep on Tweeting via Twitter
Every once in awhile, Dallas Cowboys tight end Martellus Bennett will tweet a gem. They may be ignorant sounding, grammatically incorrect gems, but Twitter gems, nonetheless.
Why Martellus Bennett Needs to Stop Tweeting via Twitter
According to Martellus Bennett's Twitter account, last week the football tight end tweeted this:
"Y the fugg is this fat chic staring at me. Don't ppl know they fat or do they think the [sic] normal? Do uglies know they ugly?? So many questions"
So many questions, indeed, Martellus Bennett.
Why Martellus Bennett Needs to Keep on Tweeting via Twitter
Martellus Bennett is the reason I signed up for a Twitter account. I, literally, just signed up via Martellus Bennett's Twitter page.
Why Martellus Bennett Needs to Stop Tweeting via Twitter
Because he tweets all the time. As of the writing of this article, Martellus Bennett tweeted 20 times in the span of an hour earlier today. That's a lot of tweeting. Maybe a little less tweeting is the route to go.
Why Martellus Bennett Needs to Keep on Tweeting via Twitter
Quite simply, the Dallas Cowboys tight end is the reason I'm writing this article. So, there must be something fascinating going on. Although, I'm not quite sure I've got my finger on it, yet.
Why Martellus Bennett Needs to Stop Tweeting via Twitter
Football is back in gear. Camps are under way. Players are exercising, practicing, meeting and learning new plays or schemes. If the tight end spent less time consumed with Twitter, maybe he could focus better on football.
Why Martellus Bennett Needs to Keep on Tweeting via Twitter
Not even Hall of Fame athletes play football forever. Football players need to think about life away from football, because, inevitably, NFL careers end. Martellus Bennett is proving that he is good at thinking about life away from football... even during football season.
Why Martellus Bennett Needs to Stop Tweeting via Twitter
Let me bring your attention back to the phrase I posted earlier tweeted by @KungFuAstronaut.
Why Martellus Bennett Needs to Keep on Tweeting via Twitter
Because I'm writing this article. So he can tweet comments like " Fugg Gatorade I want Arizona sweet tea on the side lines Arizona ice tea jus how I like my woman kinda tall with color lmfao ." Is he saying he wants "kinda tall with color" women on the sidelines? Or, does he really want to drink Arizona sweet tea instead of Gatorade while the Redskins beat the Cowboys?"
And now, half a year later, I have a couple new reasons:
Why Martellus Bennett Needs to Keep on Tweeting via Twitter
Because, although I didn't use twitter after initially signing up half a year ago, I started using Twitter earlier this week @_L_I_V_I_N_ .
Why Martellus Bennett Needs to Stop Tweeting via Twitter
Today, I was attempting to use Twitter as the novice that I am. As such, I'm still figuring out why certain tweets appear on my page. I found that a number of tweets did not interest me. Then, I realized a correlation. Martellus Bennett re-tweeted a fair amount of tweets that I had zero interest in. I may be new to Twitter, but I immediately knew the solution. Today, I unfollowed Martellus Bennett - the NFL player who was originally responsible for me signing up for Twitter.
Why Martellus Bennett Needs to Keep on Tweeting via Twitter
Because I'm going to publish this article. And, maybe I'll tweet it. I wonder what Martellus Bennett would say, although I probably won't find out now.

Post a CommentJulie - I'm finding myself surprised by a fair amount of tweets. I find myself thinking, "Why are they tweeting this?" "Are they for real?" Etc...
I signed up for twitter and rarely use it. OK, never use it anymore. Even to post articles, which was the point. But then again, there aren't any "fat chics" looking at me, so I guess I have nothing to say...
yea, i am surprised that some people tweet what they do...i am signed up but i don't really use it except to post articles...i think some people need to hear themselves talk or think out loud, and maybe it is not so great for them!!!!! i published yesterday and the article did not send out and email alert, i don't know if that will continue if i publish today
thanks for this... :o)
Enjoy your Tweets!!! Gotta get it on my Droid!
