Should the Society Allow Homosexual Marriages?

SB
I don't see any reasons, why homosexuals should be deprive of their rights to get married and enjoy the benefits of marriage.

Those folks pay their taxes too. They have their fair share as citizens or residents, and it's just logical for them to enjoy the benefits of being a taxpayer and fight for legislation that will truly welcome them in our society.

And, bottom line they have the same responsibility as everyone of us does have. So, why can't they enjoy the same benefits and rights that we are all enjoying?

At the same time, for me having the thought that the homosexuals want to legalize their relationships and settling down with the ones they have chosen, sounds very responsible to me. For anything that is legal is bounded with regulations and conditions as set by the law.

We shouldn't limit their rights to talk and liberty, by letting them scream endlessly for acceptance, rather, once and for all, we should hear and listen to them; let them truly enjoy the benefits of the "Declaration of Independence," where it "declares that all people are guaranteed God-endowed inalienable rights, among them being life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness."

Gay marriage is a proof that these fellows want to commit themselves to that someone they are happy to be with, and putting end to polygamous encounters that could continuously spread sexually transmitted diseases, like HIV or Aids and etc.

Personally, the only reason I see why society continues to deprive homosexuals of their rights is religion and hypocrisy. It's against the bible, it's against the scriptures and blah, blah...But, for goodness sake, there are actually lots of forbidden things, written in the bible that are being done by Catholics and Christians. So, please, get real!

I am a believer of God, and I am a believer of Christ. But, I am also an advocate of life and civil rights. And, when we speak of rights, everybody should be entitled to equal rights; men, women, regardless if gay or not, we are all entitled to our rights and a part of those rights, is our right to be happy!

The only argument that I can concede into, is yes, gay couples can't have their biological offspring from their own genes, but, there's the choice of adoption. They can be a parent too; they can be a parent of kids abandoned by their straight, irresponsible parents.

There are evil acts; wrongdoings worth condemnation than homosexuality. And, truth is it's really all but prejudice! It's about time for our society to be mature enough to fully accept that they exist, and they co-exist with us, period!
