Sure, I'm fit. I'm athletic. But I also slouch. And have for my entire adult life. An old co-worker and former Army Nurse actually used to grab my shoulders all the time and tell me to stand up straight. Got a little annoying to be honest. Not a big fan of being told what to do.
Seriously though, nobody wants to wake up one day and find themselves walking across the grocery store parking lot shaped like a question mark, with their pants pulled up to their nipples. It's just wrong. That's why I decided to give Shoulders Back a try. Couldn't hurt, and it's not expensive.
Truth is, I've tried to consciously improve my posture for years without much success. Sure, I can stand up straight for a while using sheer will power, but eventually, I always end up letting my shoulders drop back to the more comfortable, rounded position.
I've always attributed my slouching to the fact that I'm 6'3 and have to reach down for pretty much everything I have to do, but that excuse doesn't really hold water. I see people as tall as me all the time that don't have the same slouchy posture, which always causes me to temporarily stand straighter. It's guess it's just easier to slouch than it is not to.
So I ordered Shoulders Back and it arrived in just a few days. I didn't pay any extra for expedited shipping or anything like that. Never do. UPS Ground is fine with me. It's not like there was a big hurry, and I still received it in less than a week.
When it arrived, I was a little concerned about getting it set up correctly, but it turned out to not be a problem. The instructions were clear and it probably took me less than five minutes from arrival to having it on.
The effects from wearing Shoulders Back were immediate. Instantly my posture improved from a slouch, to a more upright, taller position. I walked into the kitchen and noticed that the top of the refrigerator was well below my eye level. Where it logically should be at my height. My girlfriend shrunk before me as I stood completely upright for the first time in years.
Aside from a little chafing that I solved by wearing a t-shirt underneath, Shoulders Back exceeded my expectations. I even found myself feeling a more confident in public. Which came as a surprise, as I've always been a bit of a fathead. I also noticed that it forced me to be aware of my abs, which is helpful as well.
I've had my Shoulders Back for six months now and am extremely pleased with the product. I'm wearing it now as I write this.
