Show Your Sweetie You Love Them on Sweetest Day!

Here's a heads up! Sweetest day is coming up, have you thought about it yet? Here are some ideas to get you going!

Bake Some Sweets
Either make them from scratch or from pre-made cookie dough. Put them in cute little plastic bags and tie a ribbon around to secure. Pass out to your kids, partner, friends and family. Let them know you made these sweets for your sweetie!

Make his/her Favorite Meal
Sneakily go to the grocery store and buy the ingredients for your sweeties favorite meal. Keep them out of the kitchen until it is done. Surprise them with a candle-lite dinner. Let them know how much you love and appreciate them!

Write a Love Note
Write a love note to your sweetie. Leave it next to them when they are sleeping so they wake up and find it in the morning. It will be a nice start to sweetest day!

Write a Sweet Poem
Write your sweetie a poem telling them how you feel about them. Read it to them out loud and also give them a copy to keep. Even if you aren't a poet, this is a sweet gesture.

Give Them Kisses
Give your sweeties a handful of Hershey's Kisses or Hugs on sweetest day. Almost everybody loves chocolate!

Serenade with a Love Song
Write your sweetie a love song, or even sing them their favorite song (if you have a good voice)! If you have musical abilities, this one is for you! Record the song so they can play it over and over!

Make a Handmade Card
Design your own sweetest day card out of card stock, pens, glitter, markers etc. Write your own cute saying or note on the inside telling them how much you love them!

Take your Sweetie to See the Sunset or Sunrise
Drive your sweetie to a prime location to watch the sun rise or set. Pack a delicious breakfast or dessert to help pass the time if you are waiting. Cuddle up with a blanket and whisper sweet nothings in their ear.

Ask Them to Dance
Turn on your sweeties favorite song and ask them to dance. If you have a little extra cash, take them out to dance the night away.

Make a Sweetest List
Again if you have a little extra cash to spend this one is fun. Make a list of your sweetest drink, sweetest candy, sweetest kiss, and sweetest dessert. Spend the weekend trying everything on your list. It can turn out to be an adventure.
