Choose the Best Times
When you decide to take a shower, make sure it is at the most efficient times. You don't want to take one 5 minutes before you go to work. Nor should you want to take one during a thanksgiving family reunion. When you choose the best times for your shower, you can assure you'll have a better chance of enjoying it and making it as effective as possible.
Let all Individuals in your Household Know
Make sure all individuals in your household know. This will prevent others trying to call you during the time you are showering. Unless your have a spouse that would like to join you, make sure all within your house that 'has to go' has went. Letting them know will prevent them from using up the cold or hot water while you are trying to enjoy the shower. Additionally, if they've left certain things in the bathroom, this will allow them to clean it up before you go in. However, if you have your own bathroom, or live alone, then lucky you - you already have one advantage to enjoy your shower. On the other hand, if you share you household with others, let all know to prepare them to not distract you during the time of your showering sensation.
Make Sure Everything is Ready and Prepared
You don't want to jump into the shower and realize there is no soap or shampoo. Likewise, you don't want to take a shower for 1 minute realizing there is no hot water: if you need to wait 30 minutes to an hour, do so. Check everything first before you begin to take it. Make sure everything is clean and prepared before implementation. Assure that the floor mats are in their right places. Make sure you have adjusted the shower head to fit your preference. All should be prepared and ready for before and while you are taking a shower.
Enjoy the Sensation and Relax Afterwards
Lastly, once you've completed the previous three steps, now is the time to move on to taking your shower. Don't rush, nor take too long. Go with the flow of the water as it is embraces and caresses your body. Just relax and use your favorite soap and shampoo to clean your hair and body. Soon enough, you will awake and realize your shower is finished. But after that, don't rush: just slowly turn the water off and allow yourself to remember the time of your shower relaxation. Many times things are forgotten by immediately rushing into other things. This why it is also important to choose the best times, to assure you've taken one to its maximum potential.
