Showering: The Most Effective Way to Get Clean

Shower Verses Baths, it is Not All About the Amount of Water that is Used

The benefits of showering verses bathing is more than just the benefit of the water usage. Water usage depends on how long you shower or how much water you fill up the tub with. So this article isn't comparing baths and showers by conserving water. It is a matter of actual cleanliness.

Showering actually gets the body cleaner than bathing. Bathing don't get rid of all of the filth that you are trying to get off of you. Think about it, you are washing off in the tub in which is filled with water. The filth is only being washed away from that area of your body and it goes back into the water in which you are relaxing in. Resulting in the filth only being diluted but yet still on you.

When showering, the filth goes right down the drain. You are not sitting in it. If you enjoy relaxing in the bathtub, wash off in the shower before or after so that you are clean. I don't encourage you to do this often as you are using even more water, than just showering or bathing alone. Bathing without showering first has you sitting in all of the filth in which can cause health issues.

Both showering and bathing go hand to hand with the downfalls as well as each for health benefits. I am not trying to convince those who prefer baths over showers to not enjoy a bath. We all enjoy a nice hot bath at times. The main thing about bathing is to actually get clean. The shower is an easy fix to assist the bath in so. Both can help you relax and ease pain. Bathing you can even add in oils, salts, bubbles for a more relaxing experience than with a shower. Although when using these products, showering should be done directly after so to wash away residues left behind.

Consider showering before bathing to remove excess dirt to prevent a film build up in the tub. Showering or bathing too long can strip the body of its natural oils. Simply just rinsing off, will not get you clean. You don't want to go overboard either by scrubbing yourself too much.

The cleanest way to wash off comes down to a shower verses a bath. Everyone has their preference and routine on getting clean, however the point comes down to how clean do you really want to be?!
