If you're looking for a quick and easy meal that takes less than 30 minutes to make, Shrimp Scampi is the perfect meal to spend over candle light, sitting in front of the television, or even entertaining a small dinner party at your house. This meal sounds like it could be a pretty intense cooking scene, but it's actually quite painless. You can't go wrong with a meal that includes some many delicious ingredients and that takes so little amount of time. So, if you're looking for the perfect dinner recipe and want to make it look like you spent lots of time on it, look no further. It's easy, quick and delicious!

These are the ingredients you'll need:

Frozen Shrimp - The amount will depend on how many people you are feeding. For 2 people, 30 small shrimp will be a good amount, for 4 people an entire bag of frozen shrimp will be needed.

Butter - ½ of a stick

White Wine - 1 ½ cups

Minced Garlic (either jarred, or cut up cloves of garlic into tiny pieces) - 2 tablespoons

Whipping Cream - ¼ cup

Corn Starch - 1 tablespoon

Hot Water - ¼ cup

Spaghetti - 1 box

Directions:

1. Boil a pot of water for the spaghetti.

2. Add spaghetti into the boiling water.

3. Start by making sure all of the shrimp is thawed and peeled.

4. Place the half of a stick of butter in frying pan along with the minced garlic. Let the butter melt in the pan and stir around the garlic.

5. Add the wine and the shrimp into the pan, and let simmer until the shrimp is cooked.

6. Add in the whipping cream and stir until heated. If you don't stir, the whipping cream will burn to the bottom of the pan.

7. Place the corn starch in the hot ¼ cup of water, and stir thoroughly to avoid clumps.

8. Pour the corn starch into the frying pan and stir repetitively for a few minutes in order to make sure the mixture is a good consistency.

9. Once you've reached your desired consistency, pour the shrimp and sauce in with the pasta, and stir.

10. Garnish with whatever seasonings you'd like to add. !

Here you have your quick and easy dinner, ready to be served. You can even make it look like you spent hours slaving over a hot stove with the way you're dinner will look in the end. Just be prepared to have shrimp scampi be a top request on the dinner menu every week!
