Shrink Breast Cysts with these Supplements

W.S.
There are several natural supplements that can be taken to speed the shrinking of breast cysts. If you suspect you have breast cysts, you should have it checked by your doctor as soon as possible. But, you may also want to discuss taking one or more of the following supplements to speed the healing time if your breast cysts are benign and you don't want to undergo more invasive treatments.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is one of the best supplements for breast cysts. It protects breast tissue because of its antioxidant properties and it helps balance the hormones. Vitamin E therapy has worked wonderfully for me and was suggested by my doctor to help shrink benign cysts.

The recommended dosage for this vitamin supplement is eight hundred to twelve hundred IU daily of d-alpha tocopherol. You might want to divide this up into two or three equal doses per day.

Vitamin A

This is another of the greatest supplements for breast cysts. Vitamin A helps breast ducts function properly and removes damaging free radicals in the breast tissue. It has also been known to greatly reduce breast pain associated with mastitis and breast cysts.

The recommended dosage for this vitamin supplement is fifteen thousand IU daily and this can be divided into two or three equal doses. If you are pregnant, it is advised that you do not exceed ten thousand IU daily.

Isoflavones

Isoflavones are often found in soy-based foods and tofu. If you suffer from benign breast cysts, it is recommended that you increase your intake of these foods. They will protect the breast tissue from the formation of tumors.

You can also take Isoflavones in the form of supplements. The recommended daily dose is twenty to forty milligrams which should include six to twelve milligrams of genistein, one of the key Isoflavones.

Indoles

Indoles are phyto-chemicals found in foods of the cabbage family, such as Brussels sprouts. They are wonderful supplements for breast cysts because of their ability to fight cysts and tumors. These supplements are available in capsule form but there is as of yet, no recommended dosage. Take the dosage recommended by your health care provider or the manufacturer. However, the ideal way to benefit form indoles is to eat your veggies!

Before taking any of these supplements for breast cysts, make sure you consult your physician first and the first sign of breast cysts or tumors. Don't assume that your breast cysts are benign. Have them checked immediately and then decide on treatment.
