Fantastic FIre Roasted Pizza and Excellent Sicilian Food

We gave it a try. We were "wowwed". The place looks wonderful, the aroma hits you as you open the door and draws you in. This is a rustic, brick walled, very large restaurant with several different eating areas. Customers are oohing and aahing at each other's choices as they waft by. The parking is ample as this is in a small shopping center. It is wheelchair accessible. You can eat at booths or tables. The kitchen is visible and you can see the fired up ovens and watch the chefs as they prepare the food.
Service is perfect, the waiters are extremely attentive and fast. This is a comfortable place, the noise level isn't annoying, the acoustics are good and it's so large there really isn't any problem at all. The bar is small and pleasant and attractive. The clientel were upscale. They offer a family style atmosphere but the decor and the lighting lend itself to a nice quiet evening for two if that's what you'd like.
The menu is ample. There are wood fired wings (small $10.00/ Large $15.00) these come topped with shaved Romano cheese, a very nice touch.Wood fired pizza comes with traditional toppings. These are items like sliced mushroom, sausage, proscuitto, kalamata olives, anchovies and more or you can select from the Wood Fired Gourmet pizza. This offers a Blanco, "Calabrese Margherita", "Hit Man" (red pepper, cherry pepper, sausage, garlic), "Philly Steak" pizza, Cervellata & Brocolli Rabe" and more. Large is $18.00/ Small $15.00.
They offer Wine, White, Red and Sicilian Premium House Selection.
You can get soup, pasta, Ciabatta sandwiches between $8.00-$10.00, salads and Sicilian Specialties like Mussels Mario $10.00, Eggplant Reggiano $10.00 or Fire Cracker Calamari $9.00.You can order online and do a quick pick up. They offer lunch and dinner. Check out the stacked fried eggplant mozzarella, you get amazing eggplant in a light, well herbed, delicious breading. This makes a nice lunch on it's own.
We had a wonderful meal, the mushroom onion pizza with extra garlic. The crust was thin and crunchy and the wood fired aspect permeated the pizza with great flavor.
