Sicily by Dolce & Gabbana Perfume Review: The Product & Packaging
The perfume box of Sicily by Dolce & Gabbana is quite unlike other fragrances due to the packaging actually matching the perfume bottle. The fragrance packaging is pure black with gold writing. The fragrance bottle of this scent by Dolce & Gabbana is of white in color. Actually the perfume bottle is made of glass with a faint amber color of fragrance that can be seen. The title of the perfume is inscribed in big black letters at the bottom of the scent bottle. Below the title states Dolce and Gabbana in inscribed in smaller letters. The scent cap is black with no design or lettering on it.
Sicily by Dolce & Gabbana Perfume Review: The Fragrance
Sicily by Dolce & Gabbana has notes of bergamot, jasmine, hibiscus and musk. The fragrance is very powerful and can be compared to Chanel 5. This fragrance is very prevailing so pulse points should be sprayed very lightly. Too much of this perfume, would defiantly be overbearing. So you need to use it wisely. The best use for this scent by Dolce by Gabbana would be for special occasion and for women of all ages. This perfume is a fragrance that women will either love or hate so it would be wise to not purchase this for everyday casual use. This scent has a sweet honey like fragrance yet as stated before can be overbearing. Once the top notes tame down then it's okay. Sicily by Dolce & Gabbana lasts around 4 hours before fading to a nice sweet scent and a bottle doesn't seem to last long due to the need to reapply during use.
Sicily by Dolce & Gabbana Perfume Review: Conclusion
Sicily by Dolce & Gabbana can be found at luxury department stores as well as online for the perfume. Expect to pay retail of around $65 for a 1.7 fluid ounce of the fragrance while around $40 online at various fragrance sites. For the high cost of Sicily by Dolce & Gabbana, save your money and look else where.
