Metastasized is when the cancer has spread from the original origin of the cancer area. Metastasized cancer is when it goes to other areas of the body. Basically, that means that the second cancerous tumor is the same type of cancer as the first one even if it is in another area of the body. Cancer can be spread through the blood, tissue, and the lymph system. Staging is the process in finding out where the cancer has spread to. There are many signs that show when skin cancer has metastasized, and you should alert your doctor immediately if found.
Pain
There is a new pain in your body that will not go away, or a new growth spot that hurts.
Sores
When there is a sore on your body that will just not heal.
Urine

Stools
There are blood or black stools in your bowel movement.
Vomit
If you vomit or spit up, and there is blood.
Breathing and Swallowing
It is hard to breathe, and it is hard to swallow.
