Many of the aforementioned films have failed to dominate the box office or hearts of film-goers; however, over time.............................have become cult classics. Who am I kidding, I love the films! Unfortunately, this article has no intention of reviewing these considerably great movies. Instead, the associated opinions herein will rather be related to a book I found as I aimlessly wandered the Las Vegas library. "Silent Bob Speaks: The Collected Writings of Kevin Smith." For those of you who are still unfamiliar with the name (or anyone who does not have a maturity handicap), Kevin Smith is the silent, overweight actor who follows around Jason Mewes' character, Jay. Hopefully, though, I will target a larger demographic with this article. After all, regardless of whether you know Kevin Smith or not, the book delivers a behind-the-scene look at many of your favorite actors including Tom Cruise, Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon, Charlie Sheen, and many, many more.
The objective of the book is simple. Kevin Smith is preparing to make the film Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, and details the writing, casting, and production procedures; as well as a bunch of other absurd, irrelevant information. Some, I must admit, is rather disgusting and obnoxious. But those interested in the book will buy it for either two reaons. One, the smaller demographic, is because you are a FAN. And two, because you are interested in Hollywood celebrites and want to know how they act when the camera is not present. Anyone who has seen the films know that he typically works with regulars such as Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Jason Lee, Jason Mewes, Joey Lauren Adams, etc....but JASBSB features everyone from Seann William Scott to Judd Nelson to Will Ferrell. So, of course, the book will hold your attention long enough to get the low-down on your celeb fascinations. I simply read the book, though, because I'm a fan.....
To conclude...Sorry, Kevin, I did not buy the book. However, if even one person does after reading this article then I did not completely waste my time. And if you so happen to stumble across this and tell me I am a f***ing cheapskate for shopping at the library, then I may consider adding it to my collection.

I think I'll stay away from the book, since the films haven't done a thing for me - except bore me.
Too funny - I wonder if he'll come and read it! Cheers (at least you were honest!)
