Fatty in Liver a Chronic Disease

Liver fat is more deadly than fat belly. In recent studies shows that fat in liver can assists many diseases like diabetics, cerebral stroke, cardiac attacks, liver cancer and other disorders.

What is liver?
Liver is the multi function organ which helps in breaking down of fatty acids, regroup worn out red blood cell, stores energy in form of glucose, breaking of bile and helps digestion and also protects from germs entering from intestine.

What happens when there is fat in liver?
Fat in liver causes Harding and inflammation of liver, which complicates the body digestion. Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NFLD) is not a problem, but leads to host of other complication including heart attacks, strokes, and diabetics.

But incase of chronic alcoholic leads to sever malfunction of liver known as Cirrhosis of the liver.

How to diagnose the fat in liver?
Liver fat cannot be known as such, for this you have to do liver fat test or biopsy. CD36 activity could be responsible for diverting circulating fatty acids away from fat tissue and into liver and muscle tissue, where they are converted to triglyceride. Increased tissue uptake of fatty acids could be responsible for metabolic dysfunction.

Sometimes, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is determined when ultrasound examination of the abdomen is done for other purposes, say for looking for gallstones, and fat is found in the liver.

Why so alarming for liver fat?
According to recent research shows that about 12 to 25 percentage of world population is affected by Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NFLD) and it is more in children.

How to overcome fat in liver?
Modern way of sedentary lifestyle and lack of physical exercise is the main cause of fat in liver apart from excess of consumption of alcohol. To reduce fat in liver the best way is to reduce and shake your body fat, which will automatically take care of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NFLD) and liver fat.

To stay fit and healthy get into the habit of eating right diet that is not having excess of saturated fats and more of proteins, roughage, etc. If possible stop taking alcohol. Have a habit of eating extra fruits and vegetables and less junk food will not only help you to lose liver fat, but will also make your whole body healthier and more energized. Balance diet, fruits and vegetables with lean protein sources like nuts, fish and poultry to curb hunger. Avoid intake fried food, and drink several glasses of water every day. Reduce fat stay healthy and have a healthy liver and no fat liver.
