Silent Night:

Shana Dines
An Acrostic Poem Inspired by Jersey Nana and Jennifer Wagner

I invite you all to create an acrostic poem using the name of a Christmas Song

S now falls gently in the pristine night.

I innocent children sleep anticipating delight.

L ord above we celebrate your birth.

E legant savior of unmeasurable worth.

N oble King born in poverty

Thanks for coming to set me free.

N one can praise Jesus enough for what he has done.

I t is our gift the only son,

G od has given to you and me.

H ow can we thank Him properly?

T hank you Lord for coming for me.

I am glad that I read Carol Roach's poem, or I wouldn't have seen this challenge. This is really fun I hope others do it too.

Merry Christmas too all I hope that we can remember the reason for the season. It is too easy to forget amidst all of the insanity.
