Silent Sleeper

Carrie Harris
Oh, Silent Sleeper, awake!
I have to reveal a secret, which you cannot take.
It's about your beautiful mistress, Fate
And her mysterious rendezvous with your cousin Tate.

Awake, Silent Sleeper, I beg of you.
So, I can be released of a vow to you.
To watch your secretive mistress, while you sleep
And to discover why she silently weeps.

"What's this I hear, about my mistress, Fate?
And why she weeps, after her rendezvous with Tate?
Speak man, speak, I am fully awake.
To hear the truth of her rendezvous with that snake!"

Now, that you are fully awake
I fear telling the secret, for your soul might break.
You might even scream "Holy Mary"
Or demand punishment, on your mistress that you married.

"Come on man, quit your stalling
Reveal the secret that you deem so appalling
Or you forfeit your miserable life
To my ferocious dogs, Butch and Jackknife."

Oh, I beg, don't be so quick in taking my life,
You do not have to ask me twice.
I will tell the tale of your lovely wife
But, keep in mind of your choice of dice.

It all began a few months past,
After we spoke on the ship, "The Big Mast."
You beg...no, you demand of me
To follow your mistress close to the knee.

Like I said before, I have a secret to reveal.
Now, listen to a story that I bond with steel,
And you be the judge on what you hear.
Keep in mind, your love filled heart might break into tears
From the evidence which condemns,
Your girl and that hateful gentleman.

On one blistering night, I follow your lovely wife
To an exotic meadow near the Lake of Strife.
She wore her favorite yellow dress
And appeared to be waiting for an unknown guest.

She paced back and forth
Looking everywhere from the meadow's porch.
Looking past the old pine trees
And hoping her guest would appear before thee.

Her mysterious guest came with speed
On a black, gigantic and powerful steed.

"Who is this guest?" demanded the Silent Sleeper
"My strong heart is becoming weaker
From this secret, you are telling without any lies.
Show mercy, and tell me what this guest implies."

"Sir, have patient for a little bit
And do not have a nasty fit.
Let my story run in full force
And you will know all, of course."

"That's your way, so be it, I wont interrupt again.
Continue, what you started my friend."

Where was I? Oh yes, I remember.
I was telling you about your wife and that mysterious member.

The guest arrived on his trusted steed
And greeted your wife like a powerful Queen.
He bowed from his thin waist,
Then kissed her cold hands and lovely face.
He wrapped his arms around her waist
And brought her into his dominant embrace.

He held her with gentle care,
Caress her clothed body and smelled her perfumed hair.
"How much more would he dare?"

He dares all, to start their forbidden love affair.

He gently push her to the ground
And surrounds her with his muscular weight in pounds.
He looks upon her as if she was a fresh, ripe pear
And boldly began to stare.

Then she begins to caress him, in fact.
She starts at his wide, muscular back
And press him close to her round, firm breast.
So, he could feel her heart beats through his broad chest.

To make this part of the story short,
They began their love sport.
They romped, frolicked and played
All night and close to the next, bright day.

Before they finish their secret game,
She unknowningly reveals your cousin's name.
"Lad, you mean it was my cousin, Tate
Who was the guest for my wife, Fate?"

"Yes, Silent Sleeper, it was that hateful snake,
Who made love to your wife, near the lake.
It seem she could not be sedated,
She scratched and clawed after their affair was abated.
She wanted to make love all over again,
But Tate was too tired to begin, my friend."

"Ah! 'Tis funny to hear a strong brave
Lose to my wife and become her love slave.
Now sir, tell me more
I already know my wife is a whore."

Well, she screamed and shouted her demands
But he fought her like a mad man.

He slapped her across the face and said
"Stop your yelling, or I will beat you, dead.
You wore me out, on this cold day
From the loving and our wicked play."

"Ah, 'tis funny my brave lad
To hear a warrior grow sick and mad.
Now, tell me why my wife cried
Or you will surely die.
I never like to hear my wife is angry or sad
I do anything for her to make her glad."

Silent Sleeper, your wife cries because of Tate.
He wasn't nice at all to Fate.
He made her feel dirty and cheap
And she now hates that creep.

"In what way does he makes her feel cheap?"

I think, sir, you should go ask your wife, who is now asleep.
For I, wont reveal that piece of the story,
Which wont ever give you glory.

"Now lad, this is your final warning, take heed of it.
I give you 'til morning, to reveal my wife's secret."

No, sir. I wont do it.
I'll forfeit my life before I reveal that secret.

"So be it! Release Butch and Jackknife,
For this stupid lad forfeit his life."
