The bright, silvery moon
Sits in a blanket of diamonds
Spreading its everlasting glory upon the earth
Silver stars glow in the dim light of the moon
Waiting for their times to shine
Sitting patiently in the shadow
The heavens
Kissing the earth with its silver lips
It says goodnight
And returns to morning.
